The current corporate leadership is committed to creating a fresh, forward-thinking, modern legacy that builds on the achievements of its founders. Cressi-sub was founded in 1946 by Egidio and Nanni Cressi, two brothers who loved the sea. These two pioneers actively participated in designing and making innovative gear for scuba divers and spearfishers, and helping to transform the sports.

Today, Cressi is still wholly owned by the Cressi family. The company has a 75-year history of groundbreaking product development, and has often been the first to bring product advancements to the market. It is guided by a team that understands Cressi’s enduring commitment to quality and finds fresh ways to strengthen that legacy.
